Bye Istanbul!

I feel that the blogging flow within me is slowly thinning out..
It's sad really, because blogging gives me a chance to write with careful thoughts..
I shall try my best to prevent blogging from becoming a fading chore.

So I am here with a post to showcase our last day in Istanbul! The photo above was taken across the road from the Blue Mosque, showing the fountain wonders in the morning.
During this last morning in Istanbul, we went out to the nearby surroundings to sight-see places like Blue Mosque, and the Sultanahmet area in general.

There's not much to be said about this last day, except the fact that it suddenly dawned to me that we are leaving this beautiful country very soon - and not only that, we are leaving 2009 behind too.
After lunch at the same chinese restaurant (YUMMY NOODLES!), we went back to the hotel to wait for the taxi to send us off to the airport. At around 2pm (2pm again!!!!), the taxi came and off we went.
In the car, I saw the Bosphorus Sea pass by for the last time.
Not to worry, who knows, maybe some day in the future, we will visit Istanbul again!
It has been an amazing trip, especially spending time with the family.
I am very grateful for this trip! :)
