So what would the topic be today?
Hmm. Consider the statement - '
People Dont Change'
I disagree slightly with that phrase when a friend had said it. But after an explanation, my opinion of it altered, but only just a bit. I still think people do change, but what my friend said seems more true: That people themselves dont change, they just pretend to be what they think they want themselves to be.
Roll that over in your mind, and you will see the truth in it.
But I myself think, that there still are factors involved that can shape a person's personality, so people
grow, if not necessarily change. And it's not just physical growth!
Enough of that to ponder, thought I might throw in some photos of gym times. I started going to the gym with Daddy about 2 months ago, although we didn't keep it up constantly. Since Jas arrived, we have been there everyday [I missed twice!] but I noticed that I am getting lazier and lazier. I used to run at least 1km on the treadmill, but now I stick to riding the cycle thingy for 2.5km every time.
Falling off the treadmill once is not a good enough excuse that I don't run on the treadmill anymore. I am just plain lazy.
I cant even lift it up properly, but at least I tried!

IMO ppl do change, but not change completely, if you mean that by saying "grow".
gym! i notice that there are some days when i barely reach 1km and my legs started cramping up, but some other days, i can run 30 minutes without problem...hhmm..
