Celebrities Part 1

This post is gonna sound shallow.
Why?
Because I am going to post about celebrities who I think have amazingly good looks. :)
bear in mind that i do not know them personally!
I think this post is inspired by all the dramas I had been watching since 2004, first introduced by my friend Kathy, who lent me Meteor Garden. The most recent drama I finished watching is, in fact, Dou Niu Yao Bu Yao, Bullfighting. I will not be watching anymore dramas till my exams are over. Eeeek.
Let's start with the top 5 Taiwanese actresses/singers:
1. Hebe Tian Fu Zhen
As most of you might have guessed, personally, I think Hebe Tian is one of the most beautiful faces.
(which is why I refused to agree when ppl said I kinda look like her, because I really don't, though when she was younger, the resemblance can be seen with an accidental glance) She is part of the trio band S.H.E., her excellent-pitched voice mellows out the sweeter and deeper voices of her "wives", as she calls them, Selina and Ella respectively. Her recent acting in Bullfighting, 鬥牛。要不要, has boosted her acting career, but I thought some of her acting, like crying scenes, could be improved more. But it doesn't mean it isn't good, afterall, I cried till my eyes are partially swollen, and it's thanks to her acting! Besides that, her talent for music is unbelievable - she can sing and dance very well, play the piano, flute and drums too!

2. Gui Gui
Her real name is Wu Ying Jie, but she is most famously known as Gui Gui, as part of the big girl group Hei Se Hui Mei Mei. It was very hard to find a serious photo of her, because she has a smile in almost all the photos. Her smile is the kind that lights up a room, suggesting that she has a huge charisma. She is very young, only one year older than me! She first acted in Brown Sugar Mochiatto, 黑糖瑪奇朵, alongside her bandmates and the boyband Lollipop. Her character fitted her looks, cute and cunning. Her upcoming project is The Clue Collector, 霹靂MIT, alongside Aaron Yan of Fahrenheit. She has very far to go!
3. Linda Liao Pei Ling
Her face portrays a gentleness that awed me. Linda is famous for being the MTV Chinese host, or VJ. But I first noticed her when I watched Ying Ye 3 + 1, 櫻野3加1, as she stars alongside Ming Dao and Qiao En. She speaks fluent English, as she was educated in Canada in her University years, and she even acted in an English drama called Chase. Looking at her photos, you can tell she is very very photogenic!
4. Joanne Zeng Zhi Qiao
More commonly known as Qiao Qiao, again, this cutie has a softness about her that makes her really attractive. Despite that, she has a hardcore personality, a sense of humour that hardly ever fails (on tv ah) and active skills that contrast with her looks. A few of her dramas include Mr Fighting, 格鬥天王, the more famous The Magicians of Love, 愛情魔髮師, and the most recent Mean Girl Ah Chu, 惡女阿楚. She is part of the duo band Sweety, and as for her singing, it's not extraordinary but it's quite nice.
5. Angela Zhang Shao Han
I forgot who it was, but someone told me before that her face is really short. But with the hairstyle she has in the photo above, it is far from short.. she looks beautiful! Her face displays a kind of sweetness, tinged with innocence. She has a really cute melodious voice that sounds very kiddish but soothing at the same time. She also speaks fluent English - and this can be shown through her song
Journey - have a listen! - which was the OST for the drama she acted in - At the Dolphin Bay, 海豚湾恋人. She has acted in many dramas, including the two latest : Bump off Lover, 愛殺17, and Romantic Princess, 公主小妹 together with Wu Chun of Fahrenheit!
Aiih. Yes it was hard work to choose some of them to be top 5. After all, I haven't seen all of the actresses AND i don't know them at all, and I just chose the ones whom I have seen acting and singing before. However, there are a few more that I think are reaaallllyyy beautiful and took me long to choose between them, but they can't fit in the top 5!

Rainie Yang
I'd only chosen 2 for Korean Actresses, mainly because I'm not exposed to Korean dramas as much... and there's sooooo many to choose from.
1. Song Hye Kyo
Her beauty is mesmerizing. First saw her in Full House drama, acting with Rain. She has a total of 19 dramas!! Her talent in merging with the characters in her dramas and movies are awesome, making her very believable.
2. Kim Tae Hee
Her eyes, with and without make-up, always have that twinkle that makes them sparkle and alive. This beauty acted in Love Story in Harvard and the more famous Stairway to Heaven. In the former, she was the main actress - acting as a doctor. I have to say, like Hye Kyo, she brings her character to live and makes me believe it was for real!

I like Hebe and Angela's voices.
Gui Gui is cute but I think she needs improvement in her acting skill. She was kinda fake?awkward? in Brown Sugar Machhiato. As that was her first drama , considered good :)
Linda? I heard she is a singer too? Never listen to her song. Nice kar?

I wouldnt know if you didnt write the first korean actress acted in Full House.
The second? Kim Tae Hee acted as what in Stairway to Heaven? Stairway to Heaven is really a touching movie! Saddddd .
And hor, Linda is pretty in the pictures. hahaha
Hebe looks better with short hair :D hahaha

nanotay: i agree with you that gui gui has to improve more, but all the hei se hui mei mei's acting are abit fake huh? maybe it's their first time..
i've heard one of linda's song.. it's not too bad but i don't really like it hehe..

kim tae hee is the "villian" in stiarway to heaven. but i didnt watch it haha.. i just watched love story in harvard

Angela is quite petite. She has got a very unique voice.

Nice one! Btw, the actress who acted in Full House (Song Hey Kyoo? Forgot how to spell but, I know it in Chinese) also acted in Autumn in My Heart. She is truly an amazing actress, portraying her characters very well.
Linda is really a good one. She looks smart and pretty.
As for the Hei Se Hui Mei Mei, not many comments but, I do think there are some that have potential. They still need to brush up on their acting skills as well as entertainment wise.
Hebe is good! But, i prefer her as a singer. :) Her voice is really nice.
Angela, she has one of the strongest voices in the Chinese industry. For sure!
