Outings with the Wongs
Monday, December 10, 2007
I haven't updated my blog since the arrival of Wong family - my uncle, aunt and 2 cousins - last Saturday - Dec 1st. It's their 8th day in London today and it's been fun fun fun. Unfortunately for Ivy and I, we are still schooling, therefore, we have been missing out on quite a lot. On sat, when they arrived, Daddy, Mummy and I went to Heathrow Airport to pick them up. Then, I took Lynthia and Lynna, and Jas too, to walk around Ealing Broadway and accompany me on a Craft Shopping Spree. Ivy had been sick for more than a week, and was still recovering, thus was not allowed out.

Can you spot them coming out from the arrival gates? :D

Unpacking at home - and ALL THE FOOD!!!!

Mummy made cheesecake, which we had after lunch, crediting Lynthia's wonderful photography

A must mention - Lynthia, Lynna, Teoteo, Ivy and I went to the
Chamber Live and it's basically a prison where the inmates are live serial killer. And when I say live, I mean ALIVE. Serial Killers (of course they are just working people hahahhaa) jump out from places and scare us whilst we take a tour in the Chamber of Horrors. I have to say, looking back at the situation now, it's really really funny! We screamed non-stop, from the introduction to coming out from the maze-like prison. Lynthia and I stood in front, leading the way whilst Ivy and Lynna clenched onto our back like .....frightened girls. Teoteo was immediately behind them. When we first stepped into the chamber, Lynthia and I took baby steps, holding up her jacket as a protection to our faces. We kept screaming and screaming when we heard voices and many ..."things" jumped out at us. It was reeeally scary! Funny thing is... I didn't see anything because my head was buried in the jacket most of the time.
At one point, we stopped walking and kept screaming. I could hear Teoteo saying "Come on, move! stop screaming. It's not scary! Come on! Walk!" but our feet were rooted to the ground. Obviously Lynna and Ivy were busy screaming too and couldn't move since Lynthia and I were stationary. I felt a hand on my shoulder (which I found out later on was Teoteo ushering me out) and I kept thinking, "They aren't supposed to touch us! (it was one of the rules)" so I screamed the life out of me. I peeked out from the jacket and saw that in front of us was. .. ... ... a wall. HAHA. no wonder. We didn't even look where we are going, so we went the wrong way. There was one lady killer, whose face I didn't see, but I glimpsed her long dry hay-like hair and bloody arm, who said, "Come on now girlies!" and she was actually pointing us to the right way. But she had to stay in her character of course, hehehee. It's really funny everytime I think of it. I do regret not seeing anything scary - though I know I'd prolly have a nightmare if I did. But, I wana go there again!!
Anyway! :D :D
