Some 4 scores and 7 years ago...
No, wait.. it'd only been about 20 days ago, that my family and I went to Belgium for 3 nights. We took the Eurostar train from Waterloo station at about 9 in the morning, 19th August.
Waterloo Station
We arrived at Brussels and went searching for our hotel.
Hotel Ustel

The view from our hotel room
The room where Ivy and I slept (the pillow was... SO lumpy :( )
Went for a walk around the town, but hardly any shops were open, as it was Sunday
This is one of the largest tourist attraction - the Manneken Pis
The next day, we went around the town again, the buildings have magnificent architectures
Passage Du Nord
Eating dinner
Its good luck to touch the statue of Everard't Serclaes, a 14th century hero, and there was always a big crowd gathered around her when we walked by

Ivy and her precious DS
The next day, we went on tour to Ghent (Gent in Dutch) and Bruges (Brugge in Dutch):

Our tour guide carries a green umbrella with her so that we can see where she is from far off, thus we wont get lost..

The Lover's lake

You go behind a tree trunk..... and come out from another tree.....

Went for a boat ride

Chocolates galore... felt sick of choco by the end of the trip though

The famous lace of Belgium

CUTE BIG EEYORE!
Current mood: unsure, actually
