I was feeling down.
I had a throbbing headache.
I stared out the window. My eyelids fluttered... closing gently... and I suddenly giggled.
No, I haven't lost my mind. I haven't gone insane. It was a memory that popped into my head.
Ning Jie,
Jas,
Ah Ning and I were eating kaya balls and peanut butter waffles.
Ning Jie's colleagues Thomas and Kueh came over to join us. Now, I don't remember this accurately, so correct me if I'm wrong..... ->> SUDDENLY.
Ah Ning burst out laughing, which set me off laughing too and before long she stood up and walked away to calm herself down. When she came back and sat down, our eyes met and we burst into laughter again. Why was it so funny? I really want to know! Thomas and Kueh must have thought that we were very...giggly.
Anyway, my point is... thinking about the memories we share really cheers me up.
Oh ya. And the time when
Lynthia and I were lying on the mattress in
LynnXuan jiejie's room while waiting for
Ah Ning, who was in the shower. We were singing and I told
Lynthia to make up a song on the spot. So she started to sing ... "....it's a nice day, and I'm looking around... sitting around..." and out of nowhere, my giggling attack started. I couldn't stop laughing, my sides ached yet I couldn't stop. Even when she asked what was so funny, I kept on laughing and thus she joined in as well. That was where my laughing limit was expanded. I laughed even harder because of her laugh (I'm getting tired of the word laugh. any synonyms?)
AND.. the time when Ah Wei was going out with his friend for dinner. Erm, David, was it? We had decided that Group B would spend the night at
Ning Jie's place, and he was going to leave

Ah Ning and I alone at home. So we persuaded him to let us tag along and (of course) he gave in to our girly charms. hahaha. When we reached (erm, David)'s house, the 3 of us sat at the back of the car, and since it was dark, it had seemed like we were partially hiding. We tried so hard not to laugh. As soon as (erm, David) opened the door and sat down, Ah Wei said something like, "It wasn't me who wanted to take them along with us". Defensive eh?? Anyways, as we drove to the restaurant, the guys were talking in front of us whilst I kept a tally of how many times I could hear the words .. erm, they rhyme with fit and duck. :)
And then, there are the times of Ah Yuan koko's Pamelo Anderson, Group B and C's trips to arcades, okay and including
Jas and
Ning jie....etc

Always has a way to make me laugh, especially the way he says "What an Idiot". Was listening to his cd in the car when he drove us out to eat. When I told him how I love the songs that are playing, he actually gave me the cd!! Just like that. Well, not before he pretended to be joking first. Always tempt me by offering me (or just for the sake of it, mentioning) Kan Mien.

Absolutely love to listen to her stories!! Took us out to eat, shop, play badminton and
belanja us lots! Our shopping spree for snacks to keep us up till 3 am+. Let us mingle with her colleagues. My drama source.

Haven't seen her for 5 years! 5 long years! Very inspiring Christian who subscribed "Our Journey" book for me. My drama source too. Downloaded dramas for me such as Snow Queen. ...which I havent watch yet. *guilty face*

Like a great gorgor to me, whom I can joke around with and bully *hehehee* I remember when we were little, we used to write letters to each other. Bonus -> it was on yellow lined writing paper. I wish I still have them. How cool is that!!! He had also always let me play his playstation with him. Tekken 3!! Our talks at night, when everyone's asleep, can be quite meaningful, as well as playing "Worm(or something)" on his playstation *grins* ooh and the other game which I have forgotten the name of. Please remind me, Ah Wei. I really like that game. Not forgetting Need for Speed too!

Our very own Superstar, who encourages me in everyday life. Very passionate Christian, an all-rounder. Head Girl, an inspiration too. (wow. all the Wong sisters!) My Japanese reminder who helps me with my forgotten phrases. Bought TVXQ dvd thus we all danced to that song - Rising Sun. (Didn't your daddy take a video? :O I wana see!!)

yea. you know what I will definitely say. My source of laughter. It's a very good thing! Loves green tea, whenever we go out for brekkie, she'd always order that. or soya bean. :) Has a cool sony ericsson walkman phone and let me listen to My Love and Promiscuous Girl on my first full day back to Miri

If I don't mention that this little sister loves Neopets, Harry Potter and wants a Nintendo DS, Nokia N70 and many many many more things... my ear drums will probably break. :) nah. She isnt that violent. Or is she? :O ... watches Avatar every 6pm (except when we eat dinner) and Yu-gi-oh at 7pm.

Absolutely enjoy her antics with
Ning jie. Heard me rap Shui Shi MVP during the first night we arrived in Miri. Well, it was 4 am and we were jetlagged. So I don't think she had a good sleep with us talking all that night. The lovely cousin who also makes me laugh whenever she speaks Malay to me

Everytime I think of Mimi, a teddy bear comes into mind. Why? Because of Ah Shion!!! (err, I don't know how to spell his name!) Yep, her cute cute teddy bear! Who wears a lovely, never-changing T-shirt. Fanned me when we were resting during our badminton sessions. Aww. So sweet!
So .. yea. I started this post because I want you, my cousins, to know how much you all mean to me.
Oh no! I thought of more fun times!! This post will never end I'm telling you!
- New Year night when Lynthia, Ah Ning and I were awww-ing at the fireworks and watching New Year concert. On tv la. Ah Wei went to the Esplanade to meet up with his friends and there were only 4 of us at home, including Ta Gugu (Ah Wei's dad). I went online on Ah Wei's laptop, which I have to say is sooo cool! When the clock hit 12, we went outside to watch the fireworks and kept saying "Wow! It's sooo beautiful!!" wow. wah. waaaaa. wuuuu.. woooooo. yea, you get the idea.
- How they'd sing 'Du Chang Qing Ge' from the Karaoke Dvd I bought. Wish I had caught it on video! They sung so well!
- I'd also regretted that Lyn, Ah Ning and I didn't manage to successfully record our version of the "How Do I Live" song originally sung by LeAnn Rimes and 'Tian Tian Ye Ye' by F.I.R.
Okay it's 1am. As much as I want to continue. I would have to go to sleep eventually. And I have a long day ahead. Tsk.

I am so touched by this post!! :D Laughter/giggles are really contagious, I suppose? :D I always remember great memories of Cousins13 despite having all grown up and mostly moved our own ways. Thanks for saying that I'm your inspiration.. I am really not worthy to be called that, but it may be a driving force for me to always live up to a certain expectation. You are a wonderful, beautiful, bright girl who will one day be a successful woman one day. Jiayou, Sherp!

Oh Sherp! I understand exactly what it's like, looking back at memories! Momories are I believe the greatest things within our minds! Time goes by but our mind is like a camera, capturing significant moments in our lives that we we will store within us,and look back on for years to come. Memories in photos, videos, diaries etc may be lost throughout our lifetime. Memories within us last forever.
