First - Good Luck to everyone sitting SPM and NCEA!! You all can do it~ fight the exams!
This week in Mentoring, I enjoyed a performance by the little boys - "How God Created Us." It was really entertaining and most of all, they were so adorable. I was invited to watch their performance again during their class assembly on Thursday, but by the time I went there, I only heard, "Thank you for watching our assembly..." Oops.. I missed it! But Mr Owens said that they would perform it one more time just for me ^^
There are some issues at school which kinda bothered me recently.. Hearing different rumours about people just destroys your first impression of them right? Well, I didn't know the girl very well, so I'm out of that circle but still - high school is just a saddo. Especially when you think of the stereotypical way people behave: "the popular group", "the neeks", "the nonexistant" <- i think that's where I'd belong to. But I'm sick and tired of stereotyping. Everyone is an individual - not grouped because of the way you behave or look...
Anyway, I'm currently working on a poem about our future.. reaching the stage of your life when u hav to make a decision about where your lives can lead you etc. etc. I chose to write this for my editorial in my yearbook because i think that's how all the Upper Sixth and even us Lower Sixth students would feel at this moment. I like trying to bring out what people are thinking exactly so they know they aren't the only ones worrying etc. and they wont feel too bad.
This Friday is Ivy's bday - and Kim's too.. So Ivy's birthday party is on Saturday 1pm to 5pm and then dinner with Uncle Hii and Uncle Jerry & their families. Livia is also coming!
Yes!! 2 more weekends pass by and we are in Miri.. Looking forward to eating and shopping.. I'll have a lot of souvenirs to buy!!
