Appreciate your life

As I walked down the long, cramped stairs towards the underground train, my gaze settled on a teenage girl sitting, head-down, a hand closed around a paper cup. I took a step and whisked past. But I turned back, staring ... praying.
"What should I do?" ------ "Donate some money, of course"
and there should not be any excuses not to... not even excuses like "im in a hurry" or "i've got no money on me at the moment"
But what if it was really like that? I looked at how sad she was - and it made me realise a few important things.
- Appreciate your life
- Study hard and try to make the most out of your life
We sometimes take our lives for granted~ but what about those people, without food, without shelter, maybe even without family..?
We, better-off people, should pray for them and help them in any ways we can. Life can be tough, but as long as we have faith, we will receive Lord's blessing.
When I heard how tough life was for my parents back then, I felt very appreciative and guilty at the same time that I have a "luckier" life... But this is a lesson I must learn.

yeah.....and even though we know we lived better than a lot of ppl, yet we are not yet satisfied....i guess that's human nature.....but i do feel satisfied with one of my luck now...hehe
